Project Brief – Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi – Māori Performing Arts Degree Advertisement
Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi engaged Āio Media to produce an engaging promotional video that combined innovation with traditional cultural elements.
The objective was to showcase the unique learning environment grounded in te ao Māori, tikanga Māori, and mātauranga Māori. The video was designed to support student recruitment and position Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi as a leading provider of Māori education and indigenous learning in Aotearoa New Zealand, specifically surrounding Māori Performing Arts.
The production incorporated modern video storytelling and authentic cultural representation to communicate the value of studying at Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi. It is aimed to connect with prospective students through impactful visual storytelling.
